While it's true the Buduburam Neighborhood Watch Team (NEWAT) is in such for sponsors and donors help.. There's a very good Organization from the United States Of America" that have been doing her possible best to see good working faith and smiles in these hundred able body Men faces. Point Hope considered as our new hope" have since then taken the responsibilities of providing logistical equipments, Little food baskets, and have promise to do much as they can.

There is no way the NEWAT" Organization can forget about the good name of the all important Organization. Point Hope have provided a source of Safe Drinking Water to the community after which the people have suffered for over the years from drinking water from un-conduciveness area like contaminated Wells, Creeks, Road-Side Drainages and etc.. Now that the community have a two(2 big towel that over look the entire Camp with fresh pipe-bond Water kept and distributed at a particular time to avoid water mis-usages.

Under the guard in which the community is been protected" it is by the courageous supports from PointHope Organization, that the Men are working tirelessly. At the end of every month we hope to get a small food basket from PointHope Organization. You are also free to give any donations in Cash or Kind to the PointHope Organization on behalf of the Buduburam Neighborhood Watch Team (NEWAT). This we believe will be delivered directly to the NEWAT organization. All are whelmly welcome to help in the safe keeping of this refugees helping to protect refugees (NEWAT) Organization. It is not only PointHope" But Security Every Body Concern.

Volunteer At, Buduburam Refugee Settlement ..

I am happy to let you know that, I serve as a volunteer at the Buduburam Refugee Settlement in Accra Ghana, West-Africa.

Dole I came to Ghana as a cause of the on going Civil crisis in my Country Liberia. But it was much necessary to be part of this unique organization called the Buduburam Neighborhood Watch Team (N.W.T) or (NEWAT). I found it pleasant as a means to be part of this unique organization that is protecting the Community and it people from crime against the State..

Haven't been the effort of a number of hundred (100) able body volunteers who have given their regard, respects and most of all their life's to help in assisting the Limited Police assigned at the Settlement to fight against Arm-robbers, drugs lundrous and Etc" the Camp would have been called a NO GO place.. The Organization was established since August 29. 2002 and now still assist with a cause of these young men having no further support from the Government of Ghana.. The UNHCR who is the code sponsors help in providing: Uniforms, Boots but have stopped since three years ago, because of lack of donors assistances.. They have work toward the training of the men in collaborations with the Ghana Police Service. Now we seek support from any Organization who will find it necessary to help..
